I broke in the gun and shot 2 500 boxes of winchester high velocity rounds and kept having none stop issues where the shell would not fully eject and get pinched by the bolt. So I decided to try different ammo, remington thunderbolts (non hollow point) and yellow jackets(hollow point) both were not ejecting well. I then ran into another issue where the round was not chambering well rather then being put into the barrel it was being smooshed against the bottom of the barrel.
What can I do to fix these issues, I have a new ejector volkansomething on order, and I do not want to resort to shooting CCI mini's since its near impossible for me to find them (tried le baron and bass pro and some other places with no luck). Could I possibly sand a little up ramp in the bottom of the barrel to make it a smoother entrance into the barrel then the 90 degree edge?
Any advice will be greatly appreciated!
