This shotgun is very popular in Quebec province. It's not a perfect shotgun but it is very light and foldable. Excellent shotgun for ruffed grouse in back country. This shotgun has a problem, the stock is so tiny aound the pistol grip, lot of them were broken only by holding the shotgun in heavy bush. Can you tell me where to find replacement stock in Canada ?

.
The only place that might have them is Western Gun Parts in Edmonton, Alberta.

This might be a difficult one to find. Depending on the break, it might be possible to splice a couple of inserts into the stock and use epoxy glue on it. I did this with a BRNO 12 ga. side by side a few years ago, and it has held up remarkably well over about 4 years of hunting.

Highly unlikely you'll find parts in Canada for any Spanish shotgun. A stock could very likely cost as much as a new shotgun(Tradeex lists one at $225). Manufacture is very likely gone too. Like buffdog says, you'll have to repair it or try to fit another stock to it.

El Faisan is more of a trade mark for mass produced shotguns than a manufacturer and many styles are known, the main producer seems to have been Pedro Arosa Aguirre, who went bankrupt in the '80s (the firm was then part od Diarm). So, not knowing exactly what you have may be a bit problem. As per Buffdog suggested, repairing it may well be your best option, apart of making a new one or trying to fit one from another shotgun may be your best options.
You still can try to put a WTB ad for a donnor gun of the same style / serie...

I built one out of walnut for a client last year. we beefed it up to fit him. Larger wrist, longer length of pull and a nice cushy recoil pad to boot. Of course the shotgun got a matching fat fore end to compliment the larger buttstock. There isn't much wood in the wrist to do repairs. This fire arm had been glued, screwed, fiber glassed, taped and wrapped in wire. One break after another. Only wish I had some pictures. The walnut had a lot of character. He paid a lot more for the stock than what you can buy a gun for. I am in need of a set of firing pins for another one if you were interested in selling as a parts gun:)
