hiya, just wondering if anyone has a lined on Eley "practice" 22 ammo??
it was quite common on this side of the continent up till last Jan., then poof! gonzo
a lot of the rimfires in the stable really like the stuff, for them it is more about accuracy than price, and this feed seemed to fill both bills, so I would love to find some more!
thanks in advance.

Eley discontinued "Practice" a couple years back, the "replacement" is Sport, I tried a brick of Eley Sport a while back and wasn't impressed,, Too many fliers for my liking.

Then sell them to me because I my Savage FV-SR just loves it and I can't find it anymore.

hah! good one - that is why I am on the look out for some, it don't matter what the ammo is, if the gun likes it, then that is the ammo, whether it is inexpensive or the 'high grade' stuff. like a friend of mine alwys sez, "if you get a 22 that is relatively accurate and likes stuff like American eagle then you have hit the jackpot" as relative accuracy is all I need for sillywet shooting; my wobbles make the expensive stuff about as useless as anything......

They don't even list it on their website anymore. To find any you will have to look in the dusty corners of some gun shops that cay anything more then bulk.

I was shooting golf balls with it at 100m on Monday with the green box stuff. Using the new Ruger 77. Unbelievably good gun and great ammo. Super consistent.
