I made a deal with a cgn member on the afternoon of Oct. 20. Told him I would take it and sent the funds that day.

Based on screenshots of our PM dialog and bank transfer, you figure we stand a chance of actually getting this transfer through, or does it have to be an official receipt from a retailer?

Okay so let's never mind about this new possible change.

If it did in fact come into force on the 21st, do you think I'd be eligible for an exemption on the grounds that the deal was made on the 20th?

I would say no, that's a private deal and has nothing to do with them. It could be a million or free, if the transfer started before the ban is the only thing they worry about. Just my 2 cents.

the transfer has to be received by CFO. Runkle made a video about it. It looks you are SOL :(

Did you start a transfer? get a reference number? No? forget it
Reminds me of the S**% show in the 1990's with transfers on 12-6, yes go ahead, they say, than later they found out it was not good.
