hey guys.. im wanting some info on this rig ..
seen pics of the eliseo r5 around the place.. says it uses the rem700 short action .. whats the deal with picking one up ? available in stores or by order only ?

edit: i just realise it may not be branded Eliseo .. but the R5 it is :p

Check this out...this is a MAK tube gun (google MAK tube gun) that is a direct competitor of Eliseo. It uses a Remington 700 short action. You provide the butt stock, buffer tube, pistol grip, action, barrel, scope. The photo shows my tube gun in 6.5x284...very accurate.

You need to contact the company directly as they are in the US.

May have to jump through hoops for export. Looks like a nice set up especially if you plan on using the 6BR and similar length cartridges.

Hello there Terry Perkins, that a very nice rig, may I ask how far have you shoot out with the rifles yet?, and how accurate it is?
 
I don't remember where they said they were based, but I will let you know when mine gets here. after shipping and #### it cost $825 for me (Repeater Kit).

ah lucky so u got one in time. where abouts are they based ? and what kind of price do they work out to be ? the mak tube gun.. and then the full rig ( if you dont mind letting out that kind of info ? )

I believe MAK is based in Indiana, USA. $680 shipped, single shot. 25 MOA base is included. Stock, pistol grip, buffer tube, $350. Reamer, $160. Barrel, reaming, installing, $600. Scope and bipod, $1350. Remington short action, already own it. 5 shots, 1.7" vertical at 785 yards, priceless.
