Click on your username in the top banner; select Preferences in the drop-down menu that appears, and then just check off what notifications you do and don't want.

I don’t know if this is the proper forum for this but don’t see any others that look right either. Snyways trying to set up so I get the bell notification at the top but NOT email notification. So far everything I’ve tried triggers both or neither. Maybe it’s not possible??? I dunno.
