Log onto your banking website, and find something about tranferring funds. Instead of transferring to savings, chequing, VISA, Line of Credit, whatever, you select Email Money Transfer.
Enter the amount, enter the email address, select a password, and off it goes!
When you GET an EMT, just click the link in the email, log into the appropriate bank site, and enter the password given by the sender.
Seriously -easy stuff. AS LONG AS YOUR BANK SUPPORTS THEM!!!! The big 5 plus a bunch of CU's do them now.

If you do online banking, look for Electronic Money Transfers or so as an option.
