When ask to make a security question and answer when do give them to the other person? after you get the parcle? or before run me through the process please
 
emt first! then seller sends the parcle. the buyer takes the first leap of faith. be sure to check your seller/buyers trader rateing to see if they are trustworthy.
 
When you buy something...you pay for it...then you get to have it. Try buying anything online without paying upfront. No pay, no ship...
 
No one will ship to you before paying. I have with certain members who I have delt with before. I would say that most members in the Nutz are very honest and most give a time frame for inspection or money back. As said above check and read their trader rating. If you contact their sellers or buyers by PM they will also let you know how their deal went with the person you are dealing with.
