Enfield Conversion

I doo like the look of those, but 45ACP is not my cup ot tea. Using 1911 mags is a nice option but I'm really leaning towards 44mag with some sort of intermal mag using an enfield mag body as a shell.

While I'm a huge fan of iron-sights, that conversion shoots so very well with a 3-9 x 40 scope...

Can make it easier to get the barrel off. Can be done with a lathe, or with a hacksaw.

maybe DE mags could be made to work? I also think a .357 version using coonan mags could be interesting, options seem endless

I would like this scoped, the iron sights do not live up to the potential of what the gun can do
