I just checked my No 1 Mk III Line Throwing rifle. It is marked the same as yours with C Cbroadarrow N. So there is no doubt in my mind that this is Canadian Navy. I have never been able to find any info on Navy use of Lee Enfields but they are rare. A friend dumpster dives at CFB Esquimalt and retrieved 4 or 5 Bayonet Training Rifles which had been tragically tossed away. These are very rare and I have never seen one for sale. The conclusion is that the Navy must have had some use of Enfields for use on vessels for boarding parties and also presumably for dockyard defence.

BTW I also read somewhere that the last SMLE to be used on a Royal Navy ship was in the Falklands War (1982), supposedly for detonating mines. No idea if this is true or not.

The Royal Canadian Navy used No5 "jungle carbines" for years as the found the FN C1A1 too long and unwieldy for boarding party operations....I assume they have replaced them when everyone went to 5.56mm rifles
