EOSC IDPA will be running our next IDPA NSO on June 21st and June
22nd. This course is designed for shooters who are interested in
participating in IDPA Matches and who do not have any kind of action
shooting experience, require a refresher for holster qualification, or
want to learn about the IDPA rules.
This course is not designed to teach you how to shoot. We can help
correct minor errors during the course. We recommend that you be fully
comfortable with your firearm.
The course will cover the following:
- IDPA Rules
- How to draw properly from a holster
- How to properly use cover
- IDPA Classifier
You must have a valid IDPA membership in order to take this course.

IDPA membership is $60 USD.
The NSO costs $30 payable in cash on the first day. You must provide
an IDPA membership number in advance. Please take some time to review
the IDPA Rule Book

to the course. We recommend that you take notes while reviewing the
rule book at home so that you can ask questions during the course.
The Course will require approx 250 rounds.
The Course is broken down into 2 days:
Saturday:
0900: Classroom Training
1300: Live Fire Training
Approx 1700: (could run later) end of day.
Sunday:
0900: Quick Review
0930: Overview of classifier
1000: Start of classifier
End of Day once you are finished.
