Eotech G33 problems

I own an Eotech G33 magnifier, and during regular use the top elevation adjustment knob seems to have fallen off somewhere. I'm a bit unsure of what to do at the moment, and I was wondering if anyone had any luck in RMAing a sight to Eotech, and getting it back to Canada alright. Also, are there any other options for me at this point? Thanks in advance!
