EOTech Holographic Weapons Sights Recall/Refund of 2017 or so

Hi - I'm planning to sell some of my kit to pay for new projects. One of the items I'm planning to sell is my seldom-used EOTech EXPS3-0 which has been a safe queen on my Colt. But, in researching the value of my Eotech, I discovered the issues about thermal drift and the recall/refund stuff, but it was all a few years ago. I missed the boat on that although I've never had any issues with my Eotech.

Can anyone tell me if you know if the refund is still available and who I should contact here in Canada?

Knowing now about the issues raised, I think I'll get the refund if it's available instead of selling it. If the refund isn't available, I'll probably keep my Eotech and sell my Aimpoint PRO to raise funds instead.

Hi, the EoTech refund window closed LONG ago. I kept my 512 from back then and haven't had any issues either. Then again, I'm not HALO jumping out of planes, operating in the desert or the Arctic, or deploying out of submarines...
 
Thanks for the input, guys. I did some more research last night and I found two different sources that said the refund window closed on May 23, 2017. I'm gonna keep the Eotech; it should be fine for the range.
