eotech magnifiers

Hi, was wondering apout the eotech 3x and 4x magnifiers. Are they any good? How clear are they? Do they work in both day/night conditions?

I currenty have an eotech on my rifle but wish to add a magnifier for longer shots that is easily added/removed.
