Correct me if I'm wrong, but ITAR permits the commercial versions of these types of goodies to be exported with the proper license.

Sorry but we met with EOTech in person last week at SHOT Show and that is the information we are passing along. But incase you don't believe what we're telling you, you are free to contact the US Department of State and apply for a license yourself. Thanks.
