I just cant decide between holosight or scope.

Or something in between?

What about Burris 4.5-14×32 Timberline w/Fastfire II & P.E.P.R. Mount

I want to be able to do target or long range hunting on a keltec su16F
(as far as 223 FMJ 55 grains is reliable out of a keltec, so maybe 200 yards?)

And I would like fast action for plinking water bottles.

Suggestions? I just cant decide. Id really like a scope for long range on it, and CQC...

Low magnification optic. Something in the 1-4 1-6 range, or something that is no more than 2 power on the bottom. Good optics that serve multiple roles are not cheap so don't ask if they exist.

Have you looked at the Sightron 1-7? It sells in the 900 dollar range. A bit more than a RDS but alot less than some of the 1-6 options out there. I don't have one, but all reports indicate that sightron makes good glass.

You could walk into a Leupold Mk4 1.5-5 illuminated for about a grand or the Leupold VX6 1-6 illuminated. No hassle lifetime warranty is a nice piece of mind. Just saying...

200 yards is hardly long range, and something like the Kel Tec wouldn't be able to make good use of the magnification on that scope anyways. Plus, you need to decide, long range or CQC. You can't have both in one scope. For the rifle and distance, a 1-4x will do fine. Heck, you can shoot a long ways with a 4x. I've shot over 500 yards with my Swiss and a 1-4x Vortex, and was getting hits on a 13" steel plate.

where do I buy the Millett DMS 1-4x24 Scope and Burris P.E.P.R. Mount in canada?
Will the burris mount work fine on a keltec or norc m4 ?

anyone uses the millet? I've read good and average reviews about it.

Anyone had issues with it?

What mount would you use?
