Anyone here ever deal with Eotech repair center. What was your experience

Excellent. Called them up. They gave me a Repair Order number. I shipped to USA. Repaired a 9yr old product and shipped back no hassles to my door. I think there was a $50usd charge...I was happy.

Gravel Agency in Quebec handles their warranty work

Yep, same thing with me last year. I though it was pretty weak when only a few months earlier they were buying back optics by the truck load from anyone who was willing to return theirs. Most optic companies will repair or replace optics no questions asked or a the very least offer you a sweet deal for an upgrade. No such thing with them, I was not impressed.

Problem is it was a known flaw, which is why they ran the exchange/buyback program. They changed things considerably with the newest models, which is why they can't repair the old ones.

I sent all mine back for refunds and bought new versions.
