G33 is great. Good glass, rugged as hell. Works perfectly with your Eotech.
Expensive and heavy. Make sure you have room on your top rail as it’s quite long ie. Won’t work if you use a fixed rear sight like a DD or LMT style.

Thx, would a flip up BUIS fit with a g33. I looked into vortex but the flip to the left correct? Won’t be buying until a see a good sales.

Yes, flip up BUS works with the G33 or any flip to the side magnifier.

I don’t know if the Vortex flips left or not but, as a right handed, right eye dominant shooter, I don’t like seeing the magnifier on the left as it’s quite distracting. YMMV.

The eo techs will look 'fuzzy'. Thats normal. Once you get used to shooting with both eyes open and focus on your target it will look clearer', but will always be fuzzy.

Thx, was wondering if that was the case, astigmatism or not, but I’m sure it’s worse with astigmatism.

Finally had a chance to try it today, I found some contact lenses wher at least the dot is nice and crisp, the outside donut is a little fuzzy, but very useable, I’m really like it.

I have astigmatism as well and have had the same issues with EOTECHs. If your glasses/contacts aren't cleaning it up, then your prescription is probably out of date. The holographic sight will always be a little granular though, that's just how it is. The SIG Romeo 4 series of red dots seem to be nice and clear for me and can have a reticle. Might be worth taking a look at if the fuzzy ring bugs you.

My prescription is up to date, the dot is clear now. The consensus seems to be that these will always have a little fuzziness on the outside reticle, just wanted to make sure that was normal. Having used it at the range for the first time I’m really liking it, and the fuzziness I think will not bother me as I use it more and more and get use to it. If it does end up bothering me, I appreciate your input as to What to replace me with.
