Eotech service work and warranty?

just go to the eotech website & click on "return authorization request".
i had one refunded & another denied due to it's age.
i was experiencing 'dimming"issues, it's the only problem I've ever had with eotechs.
i still like them but the same problem with 2 of them is annoying at best.
both were older 552's.
