eotech sks

I've thought about it, but I went against it. I'm saving my xps2-2 and g33 for a daniel defense in the near future. My 512 and another g33 is on my JR carbine. My other g33 is paired with an aimpoint on my cz858, I thought about putting my trs on it with the g33, but I gave it to my wife for her 10/22.
So my sks is without third party sights, I might keep it that way anyways, I don't have many iron sights rifles left...

I went with the magwedge quick rail on my 1954 russian and picked up a vortex sparc for $200. I really like the set up and its nice that you can still use the iron sights with the quick rail. We'll have to wait and see how it holds up though as i've heard of the weld breaking after several rounds, but I've also heard of them replacing it at no cost. I personally think the eotech is too expensive for an sks personally, but too each his own! I'd like to see pics if you do mount an eotech on an sks. Cheers!

I had a bushnell TRS25 setup on it and it worked just fine.

I wouldn't be worried about the rail failing due to rounds impacting it however, My rail did fail but that was because of outside forces.

That being said the WARTRAK rail is more solid and uses a screw system so there is no weld.
The guys that sell it are also SUPER nice and answer all questions.
