Eotech warranty? Whats the deal

Hey there,

My Eotech seems to need warranty, won't go on at all, seems like one of the terminals might be pooched. Question I have, has anyone dealt with Eotech's warranty center, and is the one in the states the only one?

Please send it to us with a note of what is wrong:

We will ship it down and get it back under our permits.

However, to preface this: if it an ITAR controlled item, we cannot help you.

Take the battery terminals out and give them a good cleaning. I had a 'dead' EOtech come back to life after doing that.
