Just picked one of these up. Paid more from another store. This is an awesome optic and a hell of a price. I have three other ones 512,518. And I thought I wouldn't like the look of this one but it fits just right on my x95
 
Does this model have the brightness controls on the rear or side? Is this the regular rail attachment or QD? I am just trying to understand what features it has to be a $900 model as the ones I have cross shopped at that original listed price are NV compatible etc.

It doesn’t have a QD, that’s the EXPS2-0

It has the rear brightness controls

As for your other questions, not sure
