Equipment Exchange and Fraud Forum Problem

Hey guys. I'm trying to apply for the EE, which I've done, but it says that I need to read the Fraud forum link prior to going further. When I click on the link, it directs me to a page that tells me that I don't have permissions to access the page required. Is this normal? Is the page posted somewhere that I can read it? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Sometimes it takes a few days after requesting EE access to kick in. You've done the intro which is a requirement so now it's time to sit tight.. give it a few days.
