I rarely take phone calls and never taken a call regarding an item Im selling.I was given this advice when I started on CGN. Start small, first handful of deals $100 or less if possible and make an effort to have a phone call with the seller. This strategy worked well for me, I have been lucky to only have good transactions on this site.
