Equivilant to Eley Benchrest Outlaw and Eley Contact

RWS is a pretty competitive ammo. Less than SK, at least it was last time I bought some.

I like to try things that are new to me and my rifle and got a few trial boxes of RWS a while back. It performed quite well but I seem to have bought the last of it, ever. The whole ammo situation is bordering on the ridiculous and .22LR has achieved the absurd.

Ammo costs have always increased year after year. That's not new. With the "discovery" of PRS type .22LR shooting in the last five - six years, however, demand for ammo has increased enormously. Except for the change in demand, is there something else that now makes the .22LR ammo situation "ridiculous" or "absurd"?
