In Calgary you can go to a kiosk in Chinook Mall and get one made for you, but it's like $30. Sorry bro, not trying to take your business away...
I should have half a dozen of these made up (without the ') and delivered to me in the next 10 days or so. I'll be selling them for $20 plus shipping (which should only be a couple of bucks) in the exchange forum. The caps will be Mossy Oak with pewter lettering as seen in the first post.
