Just wondering if anyone has used Estate Cartridge Super Sport Competition Target loads. Are they any good or not? Bought a case to try from Lawry's for $57.95. They are made by Federal. For that price I have to try a case. I only shoot 2 boxes at a time when I shoot. I will try to remember to let everyone know how they shoot in my 1100 after a couple of boxes.

We're seeing them more and more at our club, most likely through Lawry or The Gun Dealer down here. They guys shooting them haven't had any complaints that I've heard. Federal, IMHO, has always made a consistently good product, I would expect the Estate loads to be of the same quality as the Top Gun loads, consistent but promotional.
Well between my son and myself we shot 4 boxes today and at least 2 others were shooting them. No problems with them at all. I shoot an 1100 and my son shoots an Ithaca 37. One of the others was using them in a Browning Maxxus. So for now if no problems arise from the rest of the 2 cases of them I will consider them good and will most likely purchase more when needed.
