I done know enough of these guns to help you but was wondering what happened to the reloading lot.
Did you buy it? Was it worth it? How much did you offer? Etc.

Sight unseen and if it was me i probably would not be offering much more than 5K, some gems in there but also some guns that would take awhile to get rid of individually unless you totally bargain price them.

After having been the executor for my Dad's estate, I can tell you it's a 2 year process if the estate is simple. Bring them in to a dealer and get what you can, or at least you will get an initial starting price.

You have provided negligible information.

Doing some guessing about what some of them are, I came up with a retail of close to 7k. But as I mentioned the amount of information is slight.

IF that number is more or less correct, 5k might be a reasonable offer if you are buying for resale.

But working up an estimate based on next to nothing could be pretty inaccurate.

Somewhere between $5000 - $10,000

#1, #9 & #19............hmmmmmmm

Some interesting shotguns in there as well.

I guess if you bought all the other stuff you would know the stiffness of
the transaction.

A few of those in good condition would sell in a heart beat in the EE.
Postal strike pending.

Good luck.

The responsibilities of taking on an estate are onerous.
With the limited descriptions, conditions and pictures it would appear CGN members are being asked to take on your responsibilities.
With a trader rating of 10 it is with certainty you could have shared more.
Are you going to buy them and take on the risk or is someone with a vested interest think they are sitting on a "gold mine"?

If I pay more than 1/2 average retail for a used firearm I usually lose money selling. 1/3 retail means I don’t lose $ or end up sitting on a white elephant for months. I would go $4500 at most. Shipping etc isn’t free, buying or selling.

Ya mean there's a Post Office these days? I hadn't heard that one before!

Call a proper appraiser. Most firearm related auction houses will send someone around and give you a more realistic valuation of the collection. It may cost a few bucks but in the long run it will be worth the price. A sight unseen estimate is impossible to get any true real market value.

Pick out the cherries and what's left? If you are buying with a mind to re-sell make sure to give yourself plenty of margin.

A few of them like the combo guns will bring decent prices

You are asking the wrong question. It doesn't matter what they're worth. What matters is clearing the estate. Trying to squeeze $50 or $100 on a particular gun is chasing pennies at the price of dollars. A bulk lot of 19 guns means time to describe, photograph, research, list, banter, process payment, package, ship and renegotiate. How much is your time worth?

I have had good luck with a nonsponsor firearms specialized auctioneer in Bancroft, Ontario. Their name rhymes with a brand of sunflower seed spitters. We agreed on a commission rate. I provided a spreadsheet with what I identified the items as. I happened to be able to make a day trip to their location, and unloaded the boxes in their warehouse. They did the rest. Even a completely disassembled and missing parts Win 94 lever receiver pulled in $100. Parts guns still made money. And I didn't have to put much more time into the sale than I described.

Almost any 94 in any condition has much more value than any single shot shotgun made in brazil......just saying

Condition means everything. I can make up the same list of firearms (in piss-poor condition) and be nowhere near the lowest "valuation" posted.
More information is needed as some have said.
