Ever put PU sniper in an archangel stock?

Don't do that to a PU. Odds are you will be worst off doing putting it in an archangel. Take a regular mosin and stick it in the stock if you have to then do a bent bolt mod,

I would have to agree, please dont. Unless the scope and mount are reproduction, then who gives a damn. Lol

As far as accuracy goes with them, they usually shoot pretty well for 70+ yr old rifles. Had mine at the range last weekend, 2" 4 shot group at 200 yds with surplus ammo. That old scope holds up just fine. I wonder how much better it would shoot with handloads? Hmm....

I have a sniper that i would not be afraid to put in the archangel stock, for a while😂. I did put a 91/30 into the archangel stock, installed the chinese firefield copy of sniper scope and sidemount. Cut, added and welded the bolt handle to mimic the sniper. Polished the trigger sear. Had a muzzle brake built, and threaded on infront of the front sight. Shot it for a while like that, then cut 7" off the barrel, target crown, rethreaded muzzel brake, and a different front sight- barrel band style. Now i am done!!!!! Until i change my mind😉. No changes are required to the sniper to install it into the stock, however you will have to cut the stock for the side mount scope
