The problem (if anyone cares) is that by these definitions most posts do not belong in this forum! By calling it "Precision Shooting" as opposed to "Precision Rifle" most of these posts would apply!
A Precision Rifle in my opinion is a rifle that can out shoot the person pulling the trigger (be it a hunter, a expert marksman, a competition shooter etc) on it at ranges from 0 to 1,000 yards.
