Anyone have any recipes for 180 gr 40 S&W using excel bullets?

If you're talkin' cast lead bullets, then yes:

Power Pistol 6.5→6.9
Unique 5.2→5.5
Amer-Select 4.6→5.0
Bullseye 4.2→4.5

I believe the ones I have are copper wash.

Copper wash isn't much better than lead for velocity. Just a bit cleaner in the barrels.

What's more, data is similar for lead and CMJ. As usual, start low and see how that works for you.

Here's some more data specifically for CMJ, if you have Accurate powders:
