Broke my extractor in my AR, ordered a new one on the 20th, processed and shipped on the 21st and from the east coast to west coast in my hands on the 25th. From order to shooting in 5 days. I have (on loan) my friends Thureon Defence carbine, it had a broken firing pin.

I contacted Steve, who sent me a replacement as soon as he had one (to-my-door within a week).
