Exceptional Service from NorthPro

Recently ordered a pair of pants from NorthPro and received the wrong size (accidents happen). Was very impressed when they immediately provided postage-paid return label and shipped the correct size as soon as i made them aware of the mistake. In the past i've had to mail stuff back and wait for companies to inspect the returned item before reimbursement of shipping expense/new item shipping out. This was a really nice, refreshing trust in the customer experience. Thanks for going above and beyond guys - looking forward to future sales.

North Pro is top shelf. Ive dealt with them lots in person, on the phone and online. They're in top 3 stores to shop at in Western Canada for sure. They seem to have lots of hard to find stuff that other shops don't have as well.

Had something similar happen to me, they owned up to the error on their part and made it right. Have bought lots from them before including a few firearms and I'm sure I will again.

Too many gunshops have the it's not our fault mentality. I use North Pro exclusively unless they don't have the product or somebody is blowing a product out for a crazy price. I used Prophet before but they are apprehensive to match prices. Top notch service at Northpro.
