Over past years I've purchased a few Swarovski and Leica optics from Omer.
This year before going to Elk camp I was sighting in my Swarovski Z5 3.5-18x44 Ballistic Turret. I tried to reset zero but for same reason my Ballistic Turret fell off as small plastic latch broke off.
I texted Omer asking for instruction how to send this scope for repair to Swarovski.
Omer helped me out not not only with shipment but went above and beyond my expectation and shipped me loaner scope Z5 5-25x52 BT so I could use my gun before other comes back from repair.
That's exceptional service.
