Exchange of equipment

Does anyone know how to make it so I can look at the exchange equipment forum it currently shows a locked symbol if there is anybody that knows please let me know.

You have to apply for access before you can view there. There are instructions at the top of the Greeting forum explaining how. It will probably take a couple weeks, and you should participate in some forum discussion to help things along.
