There are some who are exempt and may be able to transfer restricted, I was hoping to post a WTB on ee just to test the exemption clause.

Like others, I’d like to see the EE reopened for those who are exempt.

Once the dust settles, and everyone learns how - in fact - the law is going to be applied, I expect that the EE will be re-opened, and that legal transfers will continue. For now, however, with everything still up in the air, CGN doesn't need to risk any appearance of the platform enabling anyone who might be intent upon deliberately flouting the law.
