Exotic Shotgun Ammo

The Americans have some pretty cool shot gun ammo. One in particular I've wanted for w quite some time, it's called Dragons Breathe. Basically it makes a huge flame when the round goes off.

Any idea where to get this in Canada? Is it even legal here?

And would 12 gauge be "designed for use in conjunction with a magazine" ?? what about single shot break open shotguns?

it's also not "designed for use in or in conjunction with a magazine", so should be good even for smaller calibers like .410
