Expectations for 20inch 1/9 Heavy Barrel 223

I did end up buying this rifle for the purpose of dedicated dog gun. So far i've only shot .223A 55gr PMC Bronze FMJBTs for sighting. The internet seems to think that ammo groups ~2-3MOA. I shot a ~1.5MOA group off a tripod after zeroing and haven't done any further testing/shooting but i expect it will be a great rifle.

The gun is a direct from factory MDT XRS chassis Vanguard and neither Weatherby or the dealer seems to have any real information on it. Dealer claimed 5 round mag and it's actually a 10 round that i can jam 12 into... The 20" claimed barrel actually measures 19 1/4". I'm skeptical if the barrel is actually a 1:9 but i'm not entirely sure how to measure that manually. Maybe mark a cleaning rod with a brush on it and pull it 12" while counting revolutions?
