Experience with Steiner Scopes

Good morning everyone,

I'm looking for a scope to mount on my weatherby vanguard and looking to spend around 1000$. So far, I am considering the predator 4 4x16 from Steiner.

I was curious to know if anyone has experience with this scope and/or with Steiner scopes in general.

Alternatives scope options are also more than welcomed.

Excellent Scopes. I have 3 - A Predator 2.5-10 (For the range), A Ranger 2-8 (For Hunting) and a nighthunter 1-5 (Hunting). Glass is exceptional for the price points. Very rugged, reliable. Excellent value. I think they could be twice the price and still considered great deals.
