Explain me CFC and CFO roles in getting rPAL.

I am a PAL owner and I applied for rPAL this february. I am a Québec resident.

I have questions for you guys. Let's keep the discution pertinent for Québecers. Thanks.

I send my application to the CFC (Miramichi).
They should approuve what ? Are they the ones that phone my references ?

Does the application process takes place only at Miramichi ?

Does the provinces CFO's bureau as a role in that (getting the rPAL) ?

Where does the transfert of firearm property is taking place ? CFC or CFO ?

What about temp ATT or LTATT ?

Sorry for those questions but it is unclear what are the roles of those 2 entities.

1-We will presume that you took the restricted course and passed.
2-You should of taken your application down to your local SQ detachement,they are suppose to send it for you.
3-does the prov cfo play a role? yes They do a criminal check
4-cfc then cfo
5-att prov cfo
CFC does most of the paper work.Change of ownership,registering,address change etc
Prov CFO Does the Criminal check,ref checking, issues ATT etc
