This deserves a new threat! The government is back with a new leglisation preposals on the way, but asking for input this time. We need to be constructive in dicussion and in writing feed back once again.

I already sent a letter to the minister asking him for data/report showing a rise in reloading incident. I have asked numerous fire departments and insurance companies, and none of them could give me an instance in the last 10 years were reloading was the cause/danger in a claim or fire.

I told the minister that if his gouvernment could not produce documentation to warrant this re-writing of the law, I would consider this a "make work project" and a waste of tax payer's dollar. I have also asked about a detail report on how many hours and how much money as been spent on this issue.
