Which one do you guys recommend ... ?

Ours is made from pre-heat treated steel, not aluminum; has a more aggressive texture; made to withstand harsh use & condition; and has a lifetime warranty.

I ran a Dlask mag release for a year, not a bad piece of kit. But I wore it out. Aluminum on steel as a bearing surface will wear. We designed ours from the ground up using the same tough materials we use in all of our parts (we opt to heat treat the steel 'before' machining, not after. This maintains our design specs and ensures there is no change in tolerance in from the heat treat process. This is also a tougher material to work with, and is also more expensive.). There is only so much room to work in the space provided, anything designed will have superficial resemblance.

Actually there are 3 company's to choose from and here is a pic from the 3rd;

This 1 is made from 4050 heat treated steal finished in a Zinc ultra slick coating. Also makes a pining noise when mag is installed.
As for Dlask extended mag release works great too. Just wished the side paddle was a little bit bigger and the serration were vertical instead of horizontal like NEA's 1.

Neit.. I'm Neit Arms co...

...still.

Keep thinking that the avatar, links and signatures would take care of the confusion.

As for our mag/bolt releases, they are CNC'd to tight specs, made of top notch materials, milspec parkerized and carry a lifetime warranty. All that for $10/set cheaper than Reliable's parts. And ours doesn't look like it was widdled out of a crayon stub.

You get what you pay for. If we were to knock them out by hand with a grinder and finish them with cold blue we could drop the price down a pile. Not what we're looking for however, nor our customers. But I think the price is competitive for what you get. Our Bolt releases started life at $75 but because of the volume we have done on these in the last 6 months we've been able to cut the price $20/pc .

Our mag release is more expensive than Dlasks, but it is made with more expensive materials. Depends on what you're looking for. These were designed to military specifications, not sporting end user in mind.

Yeah, but they both start with "N".

That's True. ;)

I'm going to call the business registrar and have the corp renamed to ;

"Awesome Dave's House of Stuff to Make Your Gun Go Better." That should end the confusion I hope..

..Crap, there's still a N in there..
