Often on a fat case doing this, the rear of the case is hitting the bevel on the bolt nose and causing the case to release from the extractor early... normally it does not release from the extractor until the end of the case clears the action. It can vary doing this with cases that are not machined the same in the relief that is cut in the brass.
If this diagnosis is correct:
The solution is to carefully increase the clearance on the bolt nose where the case contacts it on ejection... so it does not contact it early and 'pull' the case free.
If this diagnosis is not correct the extractor itself may need to be more positive. An adjustment best left for those who know how to do it.
