Not sure why that would not go through, Browning is on the "okay' list for export. Try contacting Sandy Moranville, at Brownell's, she is the export master - a very helpful lady, in my experience.
I'm glad you're getting your order. After, more than thirty years of ordering from Brownell's, I will say, their customer service is second to none. I wish they had a Canadian outlet/location.
