Can you spell meltdown? Going drinking after day one, thinking that shooting in the afternoon will give you enough time to recover is a bad idea, especially when the Norwegians and Angus are involved. My day two total for misses and penalty targets equals more than my entire shooting history in Canada. Everything felt fine and at the time I thought it looked fine, but the targets tell a different story. My favorite was transitioning from a steel target to a paper target with a penalty target on half of it. I hit the steel the shot one right into the A zone of the PT then two into the target. I actually transitioned onto the PT and purposely shot it. I have no idea why, as I left that target I started to question my sanity.
What was really cool was being squaded with Maria from Russia. She is an amazing shooter.
