Extreme Scope Height on CZ rifles...?

I'd love to pick up a CZ in .204 Ruger but the bolt requires the scope to be mounted freaky high. Just not natural for me shoot like that...

Does anyone have a fix for this?
Any CZ owners?

I haven't heard any complaints concerning the clearance between a CZ's bolt and a low mounted scope. What scope are you thinking of using?

Check out some pics of the CZ's with scopes on them, they are all mounted extremely high even with average 3-9x40mm scopes. The height is required for bolt clearance....no way around it. I can't shoot like....but want a CZ

Warne Medium rings

This VXL LR has a 30mm tube and worked great with Warne med rings. The only other rings I would consider are Talleys

I believe ATRS handles Warne

Looks good with a VXL....not going to be spending that much

The other alternative, is to have a smith change angle of the bolt throw so it doesn't hit your scope.

Some one did this and had some pics on here.
That's what I would do.

I have two Brno rifles, that have no issue with the bolt to scope clearance with low mounted scopes. I wouldn't have thought that CZ would have deviated from a proven design.

I thought that I also had saw pics of a gun with part of the bolt milled off, it was in EE.

CZ owners must just adjust to the scope height, totally different cheek mount

I am stuck between a Ruger M77 and a CZ 527. Own two M77's and am shopping for something different for a change.
