extruded powder weighing advice wanted

Until you get another reply: Hornady is going to recommend their One Shot Dry Lube for all their gear. It's actually really, really good. The fact that it's a dry lube means you don't have to worry about it getting in your powder. I love that stuff. I use it on everything that doesn't actually need grease.

Yep. That's the stuff.

I wish I got a dollar every time I shilled for Hornady.

I do really love this stuff, though. It's perfect for cleaning truly dirty stuff. I use a super cheap Lee press just for decapping because I hate how much the primer gunk winds up fouling the ram on my main press. I just got through decapping 1000 rounds today and the ram on the Lee was completely coated with primer dust that made it very stiff to operate. I just hosed it down with One Shot and let all the goo drip out the bottom of the press, then wiped it down quickly with a towel and let it dry. Smooth as butter!

Same thing goes for cleaning my dies, although I'll usually use a sonic cleaner to get the parts squeaky clean before lubing them.
