Eye relief with glasses?

Normally, eye relief is measured from the eye to the scope, right?
but if you wear glasses they can sit anywhere from 1/2 to 3/4 inch away from you actual eye.
do you still space the scope from your eye or do you space it from the lens of your glasses ?
Just kinda curiously thinkin about trivial sh#t.

my Bushnell Elite 4200 3-9x40 at max power is so careful when the glasses slip down my nose
Now I know why people used to wear monoculars in the past
