Eyepiece...is there such thing?

kinda like the russian sniper scopes use right?
am i wrong in assuming they would help acquire a better view when the sun is shining bright?

An American company came out with an add on rubber eyepiece like you described but very little sold and now they are not available. A good idea I think but most people didn't want them. Phil.

it's called a bellows and you might be able to get one through a camera shop that deals in lenses and accessories, espically 35mm - it's a slip-over kind of deal- measure the width of your eyepiece on your scope- the outside to outside and use millimeters, not thou of an inch- but it's going to be a tough hunt

Incorrect. I did some searching.

They are available.
Manufactured by DVORAK INSTRUMENTS (dvorakinstruments.com)
Currently available in numerous sizes/configs
Available through numerous retailers, including Brownells, and according to them, a decent seller.

Thanks though.......

Sorry I meant not available in Canada by any of my suppliers. We brought in a few samples but there was no interest from our customers and I gave them away free. Haven't seen this company at the Shot Show lately so we thought they pulled the product. Phil.
