And before you tell me to just buy a quality after market trigger (which I cannot afford right now) I just want to know if it actually helps any little bit.

My buddy and I both have Ruger M77 Mark II. I'm waiting to next summer to drop in a Rifle Basix or a Timmey, but he wants to do something NOW lol, with not to much cash.

It will increase the creep tremendously but make the pull lighter...

The factory trigger can be worked a bit and have a pretty good trigger at 2.5 to 3 pounds.... for $40...
